• Copy of Nigerian Passport Data Page.

• Copy of Residential Permit.

• Two (2) passport photographs.

• Receipt of payment (4,000CFA) Ecobank.

• Introduction letter from The Nigerian Community.

ETC (Emergency Travel Certificate)

This is a one-way travel document Issued to Nigerians who do not possess a standard Nigerian passport, expired, diseased  or without any means of identification. This document valid for 7 days.

• Flight ticket (optional)

• Receipt of payment (10,000CFA) Ecobank.

• Introduction letter from The Nigerian Community.

Please note that the Emergency Travel Certificate is valid for travel within 7 days from the date of issue.

Children (Under 18)

• Copy of Nigerian Passport Data Page.

• Two (2) passport photographs.

• Flight ticket (optional).

• Receipt of payment (10,000CFA) Ecobank.

• Birth Certificate.

• Consent Letter by parents.

• Copy of Passport data page by parent.

Visa Application

REQUIREMENTS

• International passport with a minimum of 6 months validity 

• Four passport sized photographs with a white background 

• Letter of request for STR VISA addressed  to the Consul, Embassy of Nigeria, Bissau, Guinea-Bissau (4 copies)

• Letter of appointment from prospective employer (4 copies)

• 5 Acceptance  of offer of Appointment (4 copies)

• Photocopy of Approved Expatriate quata (4 copies)

• Printed completed online visa application form (in 4 copies) (http://portal.immigration.gov.ng/visa)

• Employment contract for full acceptance of immigration responsibilities by prospective employer (4 copies) 

• Original and 4 photocopies of professional certificates/credentials and curriculum vitae (original to be sighted and returned) 

• All documents be original and attested to before interview.
